graphite electrodes are manufactured using calcium material under high pressure and vacuum, saturated in graphite furnaces and eventually performed by machining process. Graphite electrodes of 100 to 700 mm in diameter are available in three types of RP, HP and UHP. the high-flow HP type is used to carry out the operation of a ladle furnace casting or electric arc furnace casting. High-current UHP type is used for electric arc furnace and ladle furnace under heavy loads.
